Raw survey data doesn’t speak for itself. The value is in what you do with it.
- Neighbours · community research
- XMS BI · survey data, processed
- Auto-segmented · by local area
- Presentation-ready · generated automatically
Raw survey responses don’t reveal much on their own.
Neighbours is a community research platform built for churches, helping them understand the needs of their local communities. The insight from these surveys helps the church see what they should be doing for their local areas and helps inform the architectural design process. Three Rocks turned this basic spreadsheet survey product into an integrated survey platform that simplified the data gathering process. Once this was up and running the next focus was the data.
Raw survey responses don’t reveal much on their own. Without the right processing and structure, the volume of incoming data was difficult to interpret, time-consuming to work with, and hard to turn into the kind of evidence that could guide both design decisions and funding applications. The insight was there, it just needed to be unlocked.
A BI layer that does the work quietly.
Three Rocks implemented a Business Intelligence solution that brought all incoming survey data into a single, structured database. From there, it is automatically processed and segmented into the specific areas Leap Architects need to see.
What had been a large collection of raw responses became clean, organised data, ready for analysis and reporting without manual effort. The BI layer sits quietly in the background, continuously collecting and processing as new responses arrive, so Leap Architects always have current, reliable data to work with.
Presentation-ready analysis, automatically.
Leap Architects can now generate presentation-ready analysis automatically. The data arrives structured, segmented and ready to drop into reports, no manual processing, no hours spent cleaning spreadsheets.
The insights are immediately actionable. Churches use them to understand what their community is really saying, identify which initiatives to prioritise and start up, and build the case for the work that follows.
They have done a brilliant job, they listened to our needs and quickly grasped the complexities of the project before effortlessly handling the techy stuff that we didn’t know where to begin with. The journey was relaxed and enjoyable; the team have a relational approach to their work and take a genuine interest in the products they’re working on; their input goes beyond the mechanics, adding value through broad expertise, relevant experience and creative dialogue.
